Who is Yvonne Reyes?

Yvonne Reyes was born on the 8th October 1967 in Valencia, Venezuela. She is an actress and television host. Her career began in the late 1980's in Venezuela as a model but shortly after she moved to Miami, Florida and became a model on the Latino quiz show El precio justo. While on the show she met her husband but she had a talent, she is a natural comic, which started her rise to stardom. She began by making comments as she introduced contestants on the show, which had the live audience in stitches. At first these were cut out of the broadcast version but some were soon put to air as the shows ratings were flagging, now the ratings skyrocketed and she was soon co-host. She only stayed with the show for another year before moving to Spain to host her own show, a pure comedy show. But at the same time she also had roles in soap operas and a couple of movies, all of them let her comic ability have full reign, with virtually unscripted scenes getting huge ratings. She was hired to host the first Latin American version of Big Brother but the American franchise owners were horrified at her treatment of the show and contestants, though the test audiences loved it, even in the US, she refused to change and was fired.
