Vanessa Lorenzo was born December 7th, 1976 in Barcelona Spain. In spite of appearing rail thin and short in comparison to her fellow models at somewhere between 5 foot 7 ? to 5 foot 8 inches tall (1.73 m), Lorenzo is a top model by any standards, and up for supermodel status in Spain. In some photos the blue eyed blonde bears a strong bodily resemblance to the archetypical waif of the same era—Kate Moss—only Lorenzo began modeling as a child and grew up to grace the coveted Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue of 2002. She has had an impressive number of ad campaigns promoting Christian Dior, Ralph Lauren, Swarovski, Nautica Jeans, Neutrogena, and again, even with the slight frame, shes stripped to her Victorias Secret skivvies to put her in supermodel contention. Although Lorenzo has had many covers in the U.S., UK, Canada and Europe it is her Spanish covers in particular that are astonishing for their number—over 35 in the course of her career including all the top womens fashion magazines (Cosmopolitan, Vogue, Elle) and GQ showing that this model is embraced by her mother country. Like other globetrotting models she returns home regularly, but currently resides in New York with model Jordi Rosello.
