Who is Vanessa Demouy?

Vanessa Demouy was born April 5th, 1973 in Montreuil, France. Vanessa is a model, actress, aspiring singer and a rare famous personality from Occitania (Provencal) which has its own unique Romance language connected across Spain, Italy and Monaco. Demouy started training as a ballet dancer until she matured out of a dancers body at the age of 14 into a 5 foot 7 inch exotic looking beauty whose modeling has gotten her as far as the cover of Paris Match, Newlook France, and being hired to be a Lara Croft living model by Eidos video games. Although her mother headed a modeling agency, Demouy recounts her parents being against her going into the profession yet she did so anyway and it ultimately helped her get her first onscreen role. Demouys first onscreen credit is a starring role in Classe Mannequin (1993), a sitcom about a modeling school which was obviously right up her alley. Typecasting helped her out once again when she won the lead character, Linda Demersay, in a t.v. mini-series and its sequel called Models in Paradise. Recently she has appeared in Central Nuit (2004-2007) and is pursuing a singing career with her most recent release being a CD called Dream Girl.
