Traci Bingham was born on the 13th of January, 1968, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She is of African-American, Italian, and Native American origins, although she calls herself an African-American. Bingham was married to Finnian Lozada for five years, and has admitted that she prefers white men. Bingham is a vegetarian who actively supports PETA. In 1991, Bingham appeared in the video clip for Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch’s Good Vibrations. In 1996, she landed her most notable role to date – as Jordan Tate on Baywatch. She played that role for two years. In 1998, as well as leaving Baywatch, she appeared in a Babes of Baywatch issue of Playboy. In 2004, Bingham appeared in the reality series The Surreal Life, and that same year, she lost two court cases for failure to pay loans. The judgments, over $12,000 worth, are still unpaid. In 2005, Bingham worked for Empire Poker, turning up uninvited at media events wearing a tshirt with the company’s logo. In 2006, she was involved in Celebrity Big Brother in the United Kingdom, and then in 2007 she won $100,000 on The Surreal Life: Fame Games.
