Tori Spelling was born Victoria Davey Spelling on the 16th of May, 1973, in Los Angeles, California, USA. She is the daughter of television producer Aaron Spelling. She started acting, mostly with guest roles on her father’s television shows. She appeared on The Love Boat, Hotel, Fantasty Island, Vega$, and Saved by the Bell. She then landed the plum role of Donna Martin on Beverly Hills 90210. Spelling has found it increasingly difficult to gain respect as an actor in the industry, not in the least because her father was the co-producer of Beverly Hills 90210, and because her acting talent seems a little thin. Since the cancellation of the show, she has appeared in Trick, The House of Yes, Scream 2, Scary Movie 2, and Smallville. In 2006, Spelling appeared in the reality show So NoTORIous, apparently parodying her own image. In 2007, Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott leased a bed and breakfast inn in Fallbrook, California, as the basis of their new reality television show, Tori & Dean: Inn Love. Previously, Spelling was married to Charlie Shanian, from 2004 until their separation in 2005. In 2007, Spelling had her first son, Liam Aaron. Spelling was at one time estranged from her mother, but reconciled after the birth of her child.
