Sophie Anderton was born on the 14th of May, 1977, in Bristol, England. She is a model and a television personality. When she was eleven years old, Sophie was involved in a car accident. It took eighteen operations and four years of recovery before she was back to health. When she was sixteen, she began modelling. In 1999, she shot to fame after appearing in a Gossard Glossies advertisement entitled Girl in the Grass. The tagline was “Who said a woman couldn’t get pleasure from something soft?” Sophie became the fodder for tabloid gossip coloumnists, especially when she was addicted to drugs, had an affair with Mark Bosnich, and reportedly became involved in prostitution. In 2006, Sophie was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. In 2004, she appeared in I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! She has also appeared in Simply the Best and Fear Factor. She was also a contestant on Love Island. At nineteen years old, this troubled lady was dating 36 year old millionaire Robert Hanson for four years.
