Who is Sophia Bush?

Sophia Bush was born Sophia Anna Bush on the 8th of July, 1982, in Pasadena, California, USA. Her father is a top photographer in the USA, and her mother is a photography studio manager. She is of French-Candian and Italian origins. Sophia did not consider acting until after she graduated from Westridge School for Girls and the University of Southern California. Since deciding to pursue acting, Sophia has been in Van Wilder, Nip/Tuck, and Sabrina the Teenage Witch. She was originally cast in Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, but was replaced by Claire Danes when the director decided she was too young for the part. In 2003, Sophia won her biggest role to date, portraying Brooke Davis on One Tree Hill. Since that casting, she has also appeared in The Hitcher, Stay Alive, and John Tucker Must Die. In April, 2005, Sophia married her co-star Chad Michael Murray. They had been dating since 2003, and married in Santa Monica. After just five months of marriage, they separated in September 2005. In December 2006, their divorce was finalised, and Sophia has since been linked with Jon Foster and the Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo.
