Who is Scarlet Ortiz?

Scarlet Ortiz was born on the 12th March 1974 in Caracas, Venezuela. She is an actress best known for her role in local television soap operas. She has appeared in nine different shows but her longest part was two episodes. She appears to drop out of sight for up to a year at a time with no explanation, then there she is again, in another soap, as a guest actor. Very little is known about her even in her own country, she is not considered an A list celebrity in South America, let alone the rest of the world.
