Leslie Bibb was born on November 17th in Bismarck, North Dakota in 1974. The 5 foot 8 (1.73 m) tall model turned actress was nominated for a 2000 Teen Choice Award for Choice Actress and won the 2001 Young Hollywood Award for Exciting New Female Face. Her most recognizable role to date is probably in Talladega Nights: the Ballad of Ricky Bobby (2006). Bibbs the woman starring comedian Will Farrell lovingly refers to as his red hot smokin wife during the scene in which he prays to the Dear Lord Baby Jesus before the family all dines together. Ricky Bobbys success on the Nascar circuit is signified by winning the beautiful but duplicitous blonde gold digger who orders meals from KFC and pizza joints as her own special brand of home cooking. Ricky Bobbys downward spiral is likewise telegraphed by Bibbs characters departure to greener pastures to become his best friends new Nascar wife. Bibb has been building up her credits through many appearances on episodic t.v. including ER, Entourage, CSI: Miami, and 13 episodes of Crossing Jordan as recurring character, Detective Tallulah Simmons. Notably, her whole career in show business started when she was picked by a modelling contest on the Oprah Winfrey show with the Elite modelling Agency and three celebrity judges as their 16 year old winner.
