Who is Lady Noriega?

Lady Noriega was born in November 1971 in Monteria, Cordoba, Columbia. She is an actress, bikini model (calendars) and singer who has appeared in seven TV series in Latin America, she has released two albums, Piel in 1997 and Encindene in 1999, both were hits in Columbia but no where else. She is best known in Latin America for the outrageous and very tiny bikini's she makes and wears in the photos that appear in her calendars. She has used everything she can to make a bikini, including fruit, flowers, meat cuts, tools, car parts, newspapers and magazines, garbage, plant foliage and plastic shopping bags. Although she is often seen topless she has never appeared nude, though it is rumoured that there are nude and explicit photos of her available on her own web site but they are very expensive and not very clear, as one buyer said "obviously not taken by a professional". She has the reputation of a "wild girl" in Columbia but by North American standards she is very tame.
