Jane March Horwood was born on March 20, 1973, in London, England to a Vietnamese/Chinese mother and British father. Early on in her life, she started modeling, having won a modeling contest at the age of fourteen. She began to do magazine advertisements and photo shoots just a year later and decided to start using her middle name, March as her surname. When she was eighteen, she was cast as the Young Girl (as listed in the credits) in The Lover. She was chosen for her innocent looks and didn’t play her own love scenes in the film. Instead, five body doubles were brought in to do the love scenes for her. In 1994, just two years after her film debut, young March took on the role of Rose in Color of Night, where she met her future husband, Carmine Zozzora, who was co-producing the film. Most of her movies are released two years apart, with Never Ever in 1996, Tarzan and the Lost City and Provocateur in 1998, then Dark Prince: The True Story of Dracula in 2000. March then took a three year break before appearing in 2003?s Beauty and the Beast. Her latest films include The Stone Merchant in 1996 and Rogue, which is still in post-production.
