Jacqueline Obradors was born in San Fernando Valley, California, but both her parents are from Argentina. The now famous actress made her appearance in the world on October 6, 1966. Her first movie role was in Red Sun Rising in 1993 and she was also in Seven Days, Seven Nights, with Anne Heche and Harrison Ford, though she played only a supporting role. For her part in the film, she received a nomination for a Blockbuster Entertainment Award. She made the move to the small screen when she appeared in Parker Lewis in 1992 for one episode. Since then, Obradors has been on a variety of television shows such as Vanishing Son, Renegade, Live Shot and Sliders among others. She later accepted the challenging role of Detective Rita Ortiz on NYPD Blues in 2001. She has also played Freddie Prinze Jr.?s sister on his television series simply titled Freddie. Her other movie credits include Crossing Over, Soldier Boyz, Deuce Bigalow, Male Gigalo, Tortilla Soup, A Man Apart and she has also done voiceovers for both Atlantis cartoons, Atlantis: The Lost Empire and Atlantis: Milo’s Return.
