Emma Harrison was born on January 3rd in Christchurch, New Zealand, but she was raised in Australia. At fifteen years old, she began her career in modelling. She also appeared in television commercials for KFC. Her biggest modelling gig was for Donna Karan. Jan Russ, of Neighbours casting fame, discovered Emma and the producers wrote her a peart in the show. Her role of Joanna Hartman gained her a nomination for the Best New Talent at the Logie Awards. With her Neighbours’ fame, Emma moved to the UK and began hosting television programs. She also appeared on the cover of magazines like FHM, Maxim, and Ralph. She smashed her good girl Neighbours image by appearing in Australian Playboy. She works in both Australia and America now, and has recently appeared in McLeod’s Daughters, Ally McBeal, and Intolerable Cruelty.
