Ellen Rocche was born on the 19th of July 1979. She’s a buxom, blonde Brazilian model who achieved note performing songs on a t.v. show called Qual e a musica (Which Song is it?) on the Brazilian Television System. Rocches claim to fame is based on her looks and modest knack for promotion, both of herself and products. For instance, she gained attention by playing a live model version of Lara Croft—the video game and movie character played on film by Angelina Jolie. She was hired by the Brazilian distributor of Eidos Games as a promotional stunt for The Lost Artifact video game. Rocche made headlines again by appearing on the November 2001 cover of Playboy magazine. Interestingly, by associating herself with Playboy after playing the live version of Lara Croft she avoided the fate of fellow Lara Croft live model Nell McAndrew who was fired for doing nearly the same thing in the reverse order. Rocche has appeared on the Dream Girl Cam of an online website and the reality show Casa dos Artistas (House of Artists) which can be likened to VHIs Surreals Life combined with Big Brother. Minor celebrities live in a house filled with cameras filming their every move and are voted out one at a time.
