Chyna is a retired World Wrestling Federation wrestler who was nicknamed The Ninth Wonder of the World with Andre the Giant being the eighth. She trained at Wladeck Killer Kowalskis wresting school, which was located in Salem, Massachusetts. She debuted in the year 1995 and worked independently as Just Joanie and Joanie Lee. After meeting Shawn Michaels and Triple H in a bar in 1997, she became part of the WWF. Her first role was as Chyna, the bodyguard of Triple H and later D-Generation X. She often became physically involved in the matches. She became the first woman to enter the Royal Rumble as entrant #30. She turned on Triple H and sided with Vince McMahon and Kane the very next day. In 2002, Chyna (Laurer) made her first appearance on the New Japan Pro Wrestling roster at the New Japan Thirtieth Anniversary Show as a referee between Hiroshi Tanahashi and Kensuke Sasaki. She wrestled in October 2002 four matches and after losing to Masahiro Chono on October 14, 2002, she wrestled her final match on October 26, 2002. Her entrance themes were Break It Down by the DX Band, No Chance In Hell (in January 1999) Triple Hs Higher Brain Power and the WWE produced Who I Am.
