Who is Bethany Joy Lenz?

Bethany Joy Lenz was born on the 2nd of April, 1981, in Hollywood, Florida. She first sang solo when she was three years old in front of 3000 people. At four, she moved to Arlington, Texas. At seven, she appeared in a local production of The Wizard of Oz. She appeared in Swan Crossing as her first professional role. When she was thirteen, she moved to New Jersey and began landing commercials left, right, and centre. She then changed her name to Bethany Joie Lenz. At 15 years old, she appeared in Thinner. In 1998, she appeared in Guiding Light, and was later recast when another cast member left. That role was as Michelle Bauer Stanos. She played that role through until 2000. One of her most memorable roles was as Haley James in One Tree Hill, and she returned to her original name. She has recorded two independent albums so far. In 2006, under the stage name Haley James Scott, she recorded Halo for the One Tree Hill Soundtrack. In 2005, Beth married Michael Galeotti. She has also appeared in the straight to video film Bring it on Again as Marni.
