April Scott was born on the 29th of January, 1979, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She has French, Native American, and Spanish origins. She works as an actress and is a former model. She attended many beauty pageants when she was younger, winning 85 crowns, and she graduated from College of the Ozarks as valedictorian with a degree in theatre and a minor in rhetoric. She moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting. As a model, however, she became the face of Merle Norman Cosmetics. She also landed the campaigns for Jamaican Style Swimwear, Bud Light, Coors Light, Hey Baby Lingerie, and Dreamgirl Lingerie. In 2005, she won the 2006 Girl to Watch Award in the December issue of Maxim. She has appeared on many covers, including Fitness RX and Import Tuner. She appeared on Deal or No Deal in 2007 as the case holder number 14. She began acting in 2003 with a role on the series The Shield. She has also had roles on CSI: Miami, Entourage, The Late Show, and she has had four film roles in 2007. They include the roles of Jesse in Waylaid, Jenny in I Do… I Did, Model in Nite Tales: The Movie, and Cherry in Coma. She also played Daisy Duke, the third actress to do so, in 2007 for a telemovie.
