Anna Nicole Smith was born Vickie Lynn Marshall on the 28th of November, 1967, in Houston, Texas. She died on the 8th of February, 2007 in Hollywood, Florida. Anna Nicole dropped out of high school and married sixteen-year-old Bill Wayne Smith when she was seventeen. They had a son, Daniel Wayne Smith, in 1986. They separated in 1987 and divorced in 1993. Anna Nicole began working as an exotic dancer and in 1991 took modelling and voice lessons. It was during this time se met billionaire J. Howard Marshall. She appeared on the March 1992 cover of Playboy as Vickie Smith. She was chosen as the 1993 Playmate of the Year. She modelled in the Guess ad campaign. In 1994, Anna Nicole married 89 year old Marshall. He died 13 months later, and the inheritance case is still in the courts. Anna Nicole had a string of forgettable movies, and released her own reality series. Anna Nicole’s death was ruled an accidental overdose of sleeping medication and prescription medication. Anna Nicole had been plagued with controversy and trauma surrounding the paternity of her daughter, and her son Daniel’s death in late 2006.
