Amy Davidson was born on the 15th of September, 1979, in Phoenix Arizona. She went to Shadow Mountain High School, began dancing classes, and began appearing in advertisements. Amy’s acting coach Gene Fowler encouraged her to move to Los Angeles to pursue her career in acting. She was almost immediately cast as Cammie Morton in So Little Time with the Olsen twins. Amy also appeared on Judging Amy and on Malcolm in the Middle. Her first film role was in The Truth About Jane. It was after that role that she landed the biggest role of her career thus far – as the youngest daughter Kerry on the hit television series 8 Simple Rule for My Teenage Daughter. She was on the series from 2002 until 2005, and faced the heart wrenching experience of losing John Ritter. Since the series, Amy has appeared in Strong Medicine, CSI: NY, Goyband and Rebekka and Drop Point as Bonnie. The tiny actress is only five feet tall!
